We're looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital channels. This is a hands-on execution role ideal for someone who thrives on optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance, and driving measurable growth across multiple digital touchpoints.
You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing performance campaigns, improving conversion rates, and driving a consistent flow of high-quality leads into our CRM.
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Fireberry you will…
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to drive qualified MQLs.
- Create and test landing pages using Webflow to maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze results, and report on CAC, CPL, and ROI using relevant dashboards.
- Collaborate with content and web teams to execute keyword strategy, link-building, and on-page optimization.
- Build retargeting campaigns and automation flows that move leads through the funnel from MQL to SQL.
- Explore emerging paid channels, affiliate programs, and communities relevant to Fireberry’s ICP.
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Fireberry you need…
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within SaaS/CRM/Product companies.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.-Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboard Studios.
- Experience with CRO, SEO basics, and A/B testing tools.
- Excellent written English; ability to write ad copy and landing page content.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable managing budgets and reporting on ROI and additional KPI metrics.
- Self-starter who enjoys autonomy and takes ownership of measurable outcomes.
