We’re looking for a driven sales professional who knows how to generate opportunities from scratch and lead complex sales processes with inbound leads. This is a hybrid role combining proactive outbound work with ownership over inbound sales cycles - especially with organizational clients.

As a Sales Manager in Fireberry you will…

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound activities (IL Market).
  • Own and manage inbound leads, guiding them through structured and consultative sales processes
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles- from discovery to closing- with a strong focus on organizational clients
  • Conduct product demos and tailor solutions based on customer needs
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and lead generation efforts
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and track pipeline performance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics

As a Sales Manager at Fireberry you need…

  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS / CRM sales (Outbound + Inbound experience- a big advantage)
  • Strong understanding of the Israeli market and business landscape- a MUST
  • Proven experience in managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in building or expanding markets (GTM mindset)- advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and modern sales methodologies
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
