About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead strategic customer relationships, drive product adoption, and maximize customer value.

This role works closely with key customers and internal teams to create long-term partnerships and exceptional customer experiences.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic and high-value customers
  • Lead onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth processes
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and decision makers
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Conduct strategic customer meetings and business reviews
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Support, and R&D teams
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally
  • Improve Customer Success processes and methodologies
  • Drive high customer satisfaction and retention

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering- Must!
  • 3+ years of experience as a CSM in a SaaS company
  • Proven experience managing complex customer relationships
  • Strong business understanding and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent Hebrew and English
  • Hybrid availability for our Tel Aviv office
