As a Product Marketing Manager in Fireberry you will..

  • Conduct market research to understand customer trends, needs, and behaviors.
  • Plan and execute product marketing  campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the product management and sales teams to create compelling product messaging and positioning.
  • Organize training sessions, webinars, and workshops. Develop e-learning modules and instructional materials.
  • Create and provide sales teams with tools and materials like demos, sales scripts, product FAQs, and presentations. 
  • Write and edit knowledge articles, FAQs, how-to guides, and training materials. Curate content from various internal sources like product development, customer service, and sales.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies.

To be a Product Marketing Manager in Fireberry you need…

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, instructional technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product marketing.
  • Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and stay updated with CRM industry trends.
