About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our customers throughout their journey with Fireberry, from onboarding to ongoing success and growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Support onboarding and implementation processes
  • Guide customers in using the platform effectively
  • Monitor customer usage and identify growth opportunities
  • Work closely with Product, Support, and Sales teams
  • Handle customer feedback and improve customer experience
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Help customers maximize the value they get from the platform

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering- Must!
  • 1 -3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support in a SaaS company
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of service orientation and customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent Hebrew and English
  • Hybrid availability for our Tel Aviv office
