About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven, business-oriented Sales Manager to join our team.
This role focuses on managing sales processes, building strong customer relationships, and helping businesses find the right solutions for their needs.
What you’ll do:
- Manage sales opportunities from initial conversations to closing
- Lead consultative sales processes with potential customers
- Conduct product demos and present tailored solutions based on customer needs
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision makers
- Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM data
- Stay up to date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitors
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in SaaS or CRM sales
- Proven ability to manage complex sales processes
- Strong business understanding and customer-facing skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and modern sales methodologies
- Fluent Hebrew and English
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Hybrid availability for our Tel Aviv office
