About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Team Lead to lead our growing sales team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and developing a team of Account Executives while driving sales performance, improving sales processes, and building scalable strategies for continued growth.

You'll play a key role in shaping our go-to-market approach, working across inbound and outbound channels, and ensuring the team consistently delivers outstanding customer experiences and exceeds revenue goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Representatives and Account Executives.
  • Manage the team's performance through KPIs, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and regular 1:1 meetings.
  • Own the entire sales process, ensuring consistent execution from lead qualification to closed-won deals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers.
  • Drive both inbound and outbound sales activities to maximize revenue growth.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to improve customer experience and sales effectiveness.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene across the team.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a sales team.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end SaaS sales processes in a CRM or similar software product.
  • Strong experience selling to the Israeli market.
  • Hands-on experience managing both Inbound and Outbound sales motions.
  • Proven ability to build and execute sales strategies for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Excellent business acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM systems, forecasting, and sales analytics.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets through team leadership.
