About the role…

We are looking for a results-driven Partner Account Manager to strengthen and grow our partnerships in the Israeli market. This role focuses on increasing revenue from existing partners by building strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving partner performance.

As a Partner Account Manager in Fireberry you will…

  • Own and manage relationships with existing partners in the Israeli market.
  • Conduct regular QBR partner meetings to review performance, share updates, and align on business goals.
  • Identify and execute strategies to grow partner-generated revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product to support partner needs.
  • Provide training, enablement, and ongoing support to maximize partner effectiveness.
  • Monitor partner activity and performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.

To be a Partner Account Manager in Fireberry you need…‍

  • At least 2-3 years Experience working with partners in the Israeli B2B tech space- a must
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the Israeli market and partner ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to travel locally for partner meetings as needed.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and partner management platforms – a big plus.
