About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven User Acquisition Manager to join our marketing team and help us scale paid media campaigns across multiple channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with solid hands-on experience in Google Ads and a passion for data, optimization, and performance marketing.

Responsibilities…

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, creatives, and audiences for maximum ROI
  • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting strategies
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver high-converting assets
  • Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights based on data
  • Explore new media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Taboola, Outbrain) and test for performance

Requirements…

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads (must-have)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with other platforms (Meta Ads, Taboola, Outbrain) - big advantage
  • Familiarity with tracking tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager) - advantage
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail and a performance-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in English
