As a SDR in Fireberry you will..

  • Utilize various channels to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Conduct targeted research to identify key decision-makers and influencers within prospect organizations.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team
  • Conduct in-depth conversations with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Evaluate the qualification of leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with the company's ideal customer profile.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services to prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Utilize Fireberry CRM to track and analyze prospect interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline development, and outreach effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align sales development efforts with company objectives.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to enhance the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.


To be a SDR  in Fireberry you need…

  • Mostly US East Coast working hours
  • Proven experience as a sales development representative or in a similar role in SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
