Importing data to Fireberry
By following a few simple steps, you can import data from an Excel or CSV file into the system. You can use the system to manage and record all the information about your accounts, contacts, sales, products, and in general any data you wish to use.
Managing views and account records
Account records hold the data for each account, as well as meetings, notes, call logs, emails, files, and more. There are three types of views which can help you manage and visualize your account records.
Setting up a lead in the system
Fireberry helps you manage leads throughout an account's life cycle, starting with initial contact and continuing until they become active accounts. In addition, you can define custom statuses for the account life cycle.
Setting up a view
By using views you can organize your data. You’ll be able to efficiently work with the system and easily access any records you’re looking for.
Setting users and role permissions
Add system users for each of your employees so they can access the system and you can log the activities they perform. Then set roles and permissions for each system user to control which data and settings they have access to.
