Adding and editing fields
Fireberry comes with default fields for built in objects, and also gives you the option to create and design your own custom fields. Fields are used within an object’s forms, and hold most of the basic information pertaining to records.
Field types
Fireberry uses many different field types which allow you to customize each field’s settings according to the data it contains. Learn how and when to use each field type to create a simple and easy to use system.
Formula fields
Custom formula fields let you calculate values using a formula. The formula can contain mathematical functions, system fields, date functions, and more.
HTML fields
HTML fields use an editor to display customizable text, links, images, videos, tables, and more. They’re a great way to include more complex data in a field.
Lookup fields
Lookup fields help you build an integrated system by connecting different objects. This allows you to easily track where every record belongs and any system records which are related to it.
Object studio
Using the object studio you can easily manage and customize your objects, as well as their pages and fields, in one place. Your default and custom objects help you store and access data in the most optimal and beneficial way for your business.
Picklist fields
By using picklist fields, you allow users to pick a single value from a list of options. This is great for fields where you have a predefined list of options you’d like to be able to choose from. You can use colors for each option in order to easily visualize statuses and more.
Summary fields
Summary fields are used to summarize data from a related object and display it in the current object. They are very useful when you want quick information on totals, sums, minimums, or maximums.
